Hi there, I’m Sarah! I’m a performer and creator working in the Tri-State Area based out of Central NJ.
As a military brat, I consider my hometown West Point, NY, where I went to elementary school. I began vocal training at the age of 17 and within a year was selected as one of 150 artists in 2013 to join YoungArts for a week in Miami. Other YoungArts winners from my year include Timothée Chalamet, Jessica Darrow, Liisi Lafontaine, and Mason Alexander Park. Out of these 150 talented artists, 20 were selected as Presidential Scholars in the Arts to receive presidential medals and perform at The Kennedy Center. I was lucky enough to be one of them!
In 2019, I made my Carnegie Hall debut in a production of a new musical with Natalie Weiss, Anne Frasier Thomas, and Emma Degerstedt. Most recently, I made my Off-Broadway debut at Theatre Row as a swing in a three-person show written, directed, and produced by Tony Winning Producer Stephanie Rosenberg.
I believe life is too short to not do what sets your heart on fire. My pursuit of opera has led me to discover my passion for musical theater. As such, I carry my classical training with me to the theater stage, and am overjoyed every time a new character is enmeshed with my soul. When not performing, you can find me at artist fairs selling my pyrography work or in my voice over studio booth.
